About pilot excess waiver

Free flight excess waiver, covers you in respect of the excess [deductible] payable in terms of the hull all risks policy covering any aircraft not owned by yourself, flown under hire and fly, rental, loan or employment arrangement, or flown whilst undergoing flight training, not exceeding the sum insured (excess amount to be covered) elected below by yourself, and subject to a valid claim being lodged against the hull all risks policy covering the insured aircraft.

The insurance would not cover any claims/losses not covered by the hull all risks policy covering the aircraft and cover is subject to reinstatement following a claim under the policy.
