Gugu is the Chief Executive Officer for Santam Partner Solutions, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. She has extensive experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Professional Services. Prior to her appointment as CEO for Partner Solutions, she held the position of Santam Chief Operating Officer, which included a range of responsibilities such as Information Technology, Brand and Marketing, Client Experience and Group Sourcing. Gugu has, amongst others, served as an independent non-executive director of several companies including Santam, Equites Properties and Italtile, where she also chaired committees such as Audit and Risk. Prior to this, Gugu was a partner at the international audit firm PwC from 2008 until 2014.
