Norah assumed the position of Executive Head of Human Resources and is accountable for the end-to-end HR function at Santam. Her primary responsibility involves formulating and driving the Santam people strategy, ensuring its successful alignment with the business strategy. She is a member of the Santam Exco and various board committees. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, including insurance and banking, Norah has honed her skills as a passionate HR professional and a qualified life coach. Her previous roles at Hollard Insurance, Standard Bank, Etana Insurance, and Sanlam Corporate have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the HR value-chain. As the Executive Head of Human Resources for the Santam Group, she collaborates with multiple Business Executive teams, unlocking the potential of human capital and driving the achievement of the company's business strategy.
